・ During this period, we will be closed for remittance services, phone support, email support, and identity verification procedures.

・ Remittance application, membership registration and inquiries from the website will be accepted as usual during the holiday period, but the procedures for requesting remittance during the period will be made sequentially from Tuesday, January 4th. We will respond and answer one after another on Tuesday, January 4th.

・On January 04 (Tuesday), it is expected that the procedure will take some time due to the concentration of transactions such as remittance applications.
